Madison District brought me on to address an outdated, non-compliant website and improve their digital strategy. I began with a full assessment and developed a comprehensive roadmap to restore, modernize, and optimize their web presence.
I led the transition to a new CMS and redesigned the website to improve user experience, mobile accessibility, and compliance with ADA/WCAG standards, resolving all existing OCR complaints. Alongside the technical work, I created internal documentation and trained staff to maintain accessibility long-term.
As part of a broader digital marketing initiative, I also developed enrollment-focused materials across email, newsletters, and even physical campaigns like billboards. These efforts helped drive a 25% increase in student enrollment in the first year, followed by continued growth in subsequent years (+3% in Year 2, +7% in Year 3).
